"Changing form 2 to 1 star, "priory booking" is fals advertising when I book 2 hours in advance and not only is the taxi currently 20 minutes late, and no driver assigned, I called up and was told they had no idea when I'd get my taxi, I'm now late for work, with no idea when I'll make it in, and will probably be exspected to pay full fair still, this is unprofessional, when a taxi is pre-booked, with over 2 hours notice, it should be on time, every time."
